Villa Esche
Henry van de Velde is the architect behind Villa Esche. Located in the Chemnitz locality of Helbersdorf in Saxony, Germany, this villa is a Kulturdenkmal. Van de Velde built the home in 1902/1903, and the structure was later extended in 1911. It was created as a residence for the textile entrepreneur Herbert Esche and his family. I have noticed that these old detached homes always have the best eaves for a quick rest, provided the humans below aren't looking up. It is a fine example of a single-family detached home from the turn of the century.
