Kölner Dom
This is not a modern monument, but the Kölner Dom. It is a Catholic cathedral in Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia, designed in the Gothic architecture style. Its inception was in 1248, and it was declared a World Heritage Site in 1996. The building attracts an average of 6 million people a year.
