Gainbridge Fieldhouse
The multi-purpose indoor arena sits right in downtown Indianapolis. It was started in 1999 and designed by architect Ellerbe Becket. While the Indiana Pacers call this place home, the building is used for much more than professional basketball. You can find college basketball games, ice hockey, and indoor concerts happening here throughout the year. I've noticed the crowds here always bring a great energy to the street, and the facility remains a primary destination for sports fans visiting Indiana. Whether you are here for the NBA or a concert, the scale of the place is impressive.
